Phuket is a fantastic place for a family holiday, with fun – and unusual! – activities to keep both kids and parents entertained!

A-Maze-in-Phuket

Baan Teelanka is Thailand’s only upside-down house. This 13m high, three level and fully furnished house is quirky, unique and light-hearted.

The Garden Maze is Phuket’s only maze and the entrance to its 950sqm garden hedge labyrinth is changed every day.

Baan Teelanka opens daily between 10am – 6pm.

Flying Haumann

Flying Hanuman is one of Phuket’s top eco-tourism attractions. Great care has been used to make sure the zipline adventure does not have a negative effect on the trees.

The guides at Flying Hanuman are trained professionals who specialise in activities high above ground and are masters at using the equipment. Every group will have a minimum of two guides with them, even if there is only one guest. One guide will send guests from one platform to his partner guide waiting at the next platform.

In Jungle Xtreme Adventure Park you can realise your childhood dream of climbing a tree, then venture freely from tree to tree via a series of suspended bridges, walkways, nets, barrels and other fun challenges.

There are guides on hand to assist as needed Participants are given harnesses complete with lanyards, karabiners, pulley and are briefed on how to use equipment.

Open daily from 10am – 6pm (last admission for activities at 3pm).

If you are looking for something different to do from the usual boat trip or elephant ride, then why not try Phuket Games Zone?

Located in the south east of the island in Chalong area, Phuket Games Zone offers several fun activities that are suitable for everyone – young and old. It’s great family entertainment.

Trickeye Museum

Phuket Trickeye Museum is a 3D museum housing around 100 different large paintings, depicting all kinds of scenes visitors can interact with. You can ride a flying carpet, escape a giant crocodile, walk a rickety bridge and do silly – but fun things! This is a great place to spend time on a rainy day in Phuket or to take a break from the sun and the sea.

Splas Jungle Waterpark

Splash Jungle Water Park has thrilling rides such as the Boomerango and Superbowl as well as a six-level wave pool and an aqua-play pool for the children.

If the thrilling slides are not for you, then you might prefer to idly float around the 335 metre long lazy river or treat yourself with some hydrotherapy in the hot springs pool. Splash Jungle Water Park offers a wide range of of spa treatments in the private cabanas.

FantaSea

Dino Park Mini Golf is an 18 hole mini golf course, featuring scale replicas of prehistoric creatures, volcanoes, caves and swamps.

Chamber of Secrets is an interesting live room escape game where visitors will experience being Indiana Jones and James Bond during the game.

Elephants

Elephant Trekking offers an amazing experience for children. There are various elephant camps around Phuket, that provide an opportunity to ride an elephant along a trail through jungle and rubber plantations and that is close to nature, an exciting, enjoyable and unforgettable time.
