The centre of Paradise Resort is home to a large lagoon-style pool, heated spa, and TWO enormous Zone for Kids (Z4K) waterpark attractions.
The Resort’s epic water park is three storeys high and has a myriad of slides, water cannons and climbing frames, as well as a giant bucket that fills with 600 litres of water before emptying every few minutes.
Littlies under five have their own junior water park with a slippery slide, and water cannons. There’s also a paddling area with a gently sloping beach entry, a lagoon-style pool and children’s splash zone – and best of all, they’re heated!

The fully supervised Kids Zone offers age-appropriate care and activities for kids from six weeks to 12 years old. Sessions are held in the ‘mini fun park’ featuring nine themed play spaces, including a subterranean play centre and maze, pedal cars, and a movie room.
Paradise Resort’s ‘Holiday Heroes’ provide an ever-changing roster of fun supervised activities. For example, littlies may have a teddy bear’s picnic, while older kids compete in a themed scavenger hunt or play carnival games. Other activities include movie nights, pyjama parties and plenty of creative crafts.
Cost: A two-hour session starts from $20 per child for 0-2 years and from $40 per child for 3-12 years. Some accommodation bookings include one complimentary session per stay.

Paradise Resort is located at 122 Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217. The attractions of Surfers Paradise are within walking distance, with the main beach under five minutes by foot and Cavill Avenue about a ten-minute stroll away.
If you’re planning a Gold Coast theme park holiday, Paradise Resort also makes an ideal base. It’s about seven minutes’ drive to Sea World, 25 minutes to Warner Bros. Movie World, and about half an hour to Dreamworld.
Does Paradise Resort Gold Coast have parking available?
Paradise Resort Gold Coast offers undercover parking exclusive for guest use from $25 per space daily (bookings essential). Electric vehicle charging is available.
Otherwise, street parking in Surfers Paradise is limited to two hours between 9am and 7pm. The nearest public carpark is approximately 500 metres away on the corner of Cypress Avenue (charges apply via parking meter or app).
How can I get to Paradise Resort from Gold Coast Airport?
Gold Coast Airport (OOL) is about 40 to 50 minutes from Paradise Resort by car. You can book an airport transfer ahead of time, hire a car at Gold Coast Airport, use a ride-sharing service or catch public transport to Paradise Resort.
To reach Paradise Resort via public transport, you’ll need to catch the 777 bus from Gold Coast Airport to Broadbeach South Station (approx 30 min) then take the tram to Surfers Paradise North Station (approx 20 minutes). Paradise Resort is only 300 metres from the tram station.
When are check-in and check-out times at Paradise Resort?
